We just finished an amazing, wonderful vacation to the East for a fun filled time with Karlene and her family, and Doyle and his family. Karlene picked us up at the airport on Tuesday afternoon and we spent the day getting familiar with her beautiful new house and Chloe, their puppy.
Wednesday morning, joined by Nikki and Nayana, we went to a deliciously fun diner that had been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives for breakfast--The Ritz Diner.
So many things looked great, but we decided to try their huge Apple German Pancakes and a scrumptuous omlette. What a treat. We finished it up by taking home a tall tall apple pie which was one of their specialties. Yum!!
